Mine didn't come with a stand (I'm assuming you mean the fancy arm thing or the other cheaper thing Wacom sells), but it does have stumpy little legs at the back to prop it up in a slightly effective manner. Plan on buying a stand or propping it up with books--I tried to have it in my lap leaning against the edge of the table, which worked, I guess, it was a better angle, but my is it heavy.

Outside of that, there are stands available for purchasing that are compatible with the Cintiq Pro 24 such as the Ergo Stand.
