Yes, it will work with all major painting software. And it supports pen pressure plus tilt support

Yes it does to a point. The touch and pen pressure does not work in paint like in other drawing software. Pen pressure you would want to increase the line size going from ultra thin to thick in some cases. but to use to color in and fill portions of your drawing it works fine. Limited programming of the pen and quick buttons also but that is a function of the software not the pen or tablet.
