Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a little confusing when looking at it, but it is a really simple process! You just have to take the silver cap off and then you can slide the silver handle off which exposes where the battery goes. I would just hold the top removable trimmer part and firmly pull the silver handle down and you'll feel it slide off.
