• Yes, the temperature and time are set before cooking and once the timer expires, the toaster oven shuts off.

• It has a digital timer, clock, and is fully automatic shut off.

• By default its a 2 hour shut off. Once it preheats, and you adjust the timer, it shuts itself off when the timer goes off. I have not tried it with toast yet but I would assume it functions the same.

• Yes, the toaster function turns off automatically. Not sure how it can be adjusted as it hasn't been necessary.
