- Answer If you don't use a doorbell you need the resistor, but if a mechanical doorbell is wired in line should be good.

- Answer YES! If you are using it it replace a power adapter that is the same Volts and almost the same milliamp then you're golden. Don't listen to that automated message from their website.

- Answer That depends on the power requirements of the night owl. Read the labels on the Night Owl and compare the specifications for the power supply. If the voltage is the same and the wattage of the power supply is higher, it should be fine.

- Answer We actually do not have a longer cord since this one is already which is relatively long. Also, the longer cable will have high energy loss and solar panel for Arlo Pro is already marginal. The 4.9-foot cord lets you connect this Wasserstein power supply adapter to a distant electrical outlet.
