• No.. Lights activated by motion sensor built onto the light. Sensor is adjustable up and down.. Note: Camera is separate from light and is connected by a micro usb .. Long lead so you can set camera away from the light.

• Being that the solar panel and the camera have completely different settings it is very unlikely to get these the same. You may be able to get them close by adjusting the sensitivity in both the camera and the flood like. Much like you would making the adjustment for say like a pet dog or cat.
