After changing the filter in my fridge, the replace water filter alert is still on and the dispenser is often. I can’t turn it back on, I’ve also held it down for over three seconds.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi ZO, I am happy to help. To reset the water filter indicator light, press and hold the "Reset Water Filter" pad until the red light goes off. The light will either disappear or turn green. If you do not hold the pad in, the red light will stay on.
