- Answer Personally, I definitely would not purchase generic filters for your fridge. Yes, they're cheaper, will fit your fridge, and perhaps state that they are better however, just read through the reviews and I'm sure you won't be impressed. Many users have complained about generic filters leaking, producing a fowl taste and/or odor..etc. I've been using the LG branded filters going on 5-years with zero issues. So, for me, LG filters is the way to go.

- Answer The LG 3 Door French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Model # LFC23760SB. The LFC23750SB does not use a built-in filtration system. It is not compatible with any LG Water Filter. If you need filtration, you will need to connect a reverse osmosis water filtration system to you cold water supply...^IFV

- Answer If it is an inside filter, there are only two plug-in filters. One is short and fits in top. The oter is bigger. Take the old filter with yo but, four years ago. Should have answer by now.
