The reality is you just have to "muscle" it off... grab it tightly with the brush between 2 fingers and pull …. HARD! It will come off with no damage to the unit. The replacement brush will then slide on easily. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pull firm but gently to remove the toothbrush head. The opposite of putting it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are correct, there is no release lever to remove the brush head. To remove it, you hold the Toothbrush Power Handle with one hand and with the other hand pull off the brush head lifting straight apart from the Power Handle. Feels like you are breaking it, but it’s the only way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I fastened the side of the top of the old toothbrush, still attached to the holder, to a pair of vice grips. Then laid the vice grips on the bathroom floor, stood on them with one foot to hold them in place, and pulled the whole toothbrush straight up with both hands next to my leg. The holder came off leaving the old toothbrush in the vice grips. I cleaned the gunk off the fitting with the old brush and running water. To put on the new brush. I set it head down on the edge of the sink and pushed the toothbrush in place. I pushed too hard or should have held the side of the brush at the neck because it did bend in half there. I was able to straighten it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered waterpik replacement attachments for my waterpik and the brush attachment doesn't fit. What do I do? I watched the video you made, however, the attachment brush does not fit on the white part where the attachment goes. Any suggestions? The first pic is the new brush head, the next is hole where the original brush head was attached, the third is a pic of the waterpik after removing the original brush head and the fourth is a view of the original brush head. Lastly, are the original and the new side by side. Is part of the white part of the new brush head supposed to be removed? Help!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sadly, I have not been able to change the toothbrush for a new one (healthy practice) because at 80 years old I no longer have the hand strength to pull the old one off. I've been using the same old brush for years. "Pull as hard as you can" is relative.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem and cannot get a hold of waterpik
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are sorry that you are having difficulty removing the brush head. The toothbrush head should just pull off. There is no lever on the toothbrush, only on the flossing handle. If you need further assistance, we would be happy to help! You can email me directly at [email protected]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I gently pull it off it comes off pretty easily, but it does stay on sturdy, so you need a little force. Thats what I found.
