QuestionI have a Waterpik flosser WP-462W. When I plug it in to charge it, it buzzes or hums loudly. I am afraid I will damage it or start a fire if I leave it charging overnight. I've tried different outlets and it does the same thing. Why is it buzzing?

QuestionThe hand held rechargeable unit has a button for high/ low pressure. The tabletop machine has circa 10 settings for pressure . Is the high/low equal to max and min on the 10 setting version or does this battery powered unit have less maximum pressure?

- Answer My new cord has a USB plug. I'm using my old outlet plug cord on my new Waterpik. They said the cords are interchangeable as long as the Waterpik end fits.

- Answer Yes just plug it back into the power cord it came with -overnight at least. I think the manual said 24 hrs the first time. I think it is supposed to last 16 hrs and then need a recharge. (16 hrs of use).

- Answer the actual name for it on bestbuy.com is polarized cord but it works for this as a charger. You can also use it as a power cable (ps4 and other compatible devices).
