you actually are asking for a hoseless and tankless unit Look at the "WaterPik Cordless Select water flosser" model Note: it does not have a brush function .

If you get the opportunity to read my review, you will see that it was completely ineffective and a waste of time. This tool is so powerful, I cannot see them offering a battery powered version because the additional cost would most likely raise it to another hundred dollars over the existing price. So I’m putting up with the cord in the bathroom because the results are phenomenal.
