• The one I bought only came with one brush head! I had to buy a package of two more separately. One tip: The waterpik website offered a coupon when I registered the device, so I was able to get the extra brushes at a discount.

• I don't have to share mine, but I assume that if there are more than 3 people in your family that are expected to buy more bushes so that everyone has their own brush. They aren't cheap. It would be nice if they came in different colors so that each person has their own color.

• Multiple users can use the product. We just recommend that each person have their own flossing brush head. Additional brush heads are available for purchase. Just look for part numbers SFFB-2EW (full size) or SFRB-2EW.

• You’re out of luck! My system only came with 1 toothbrush, the store did not have any in stock, and I haven’t found any elsewhere other than Online sources and they’re very expensive!
