If you use a voltage converter (220V->110V) it will work. 220V current is usually 50Hz not 60Hz but that won't make any difference to the functionality of the Waterpik, although it might be relevant for highly sophisticated electronic equipment.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Waterpik Ultra is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is not global voltage. When purchased in North America, it is meant for use in North America only. Even with the use of a converter, as a converter will only convert voltage and not the hertz. Do not plug the device into a voltage system that is different than what is stated on the product. Doing so will damage the unit and void our manufacturer's warranty.
