Hello Paul - It may be that your Jet Tip is clogged. Please try a new tip. If that doesn't fix the issue, it likely just needs to be force primed before the first use. 1. Fill the reservoir with 10 ounces of warm water. 2. Lay the handle in the sink. 3. Use your index finger to depress and release the reservoir valve 3 times. 4. Turn on the unit and again depress and release the reservoir valve 3-5 times until the water begins to flow. If you still need assistance, please let us know! We are here to help.
