JMicron is a manufacturer of external hdd enclosure electronics. you are seeing the usb device not the hdd. Most USB ports do not provide enough power for the full size 3.5" hard drive so it will never initialize

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never mind. I guess it was the usb drive dock that was causing it to show up that way. After installing in the puter it does show it as a WD drive. Acronis clone didn't work so pretty much a waste anyways. LOL
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's because the JMicron chipset on your motherboard is reporting itself instead of the drive. I have a motherboard with a JMicron IDE chip that does the same thing.
