100%, so far anyways. The WD Black was recommended by Mark Cerny. I did a lot of research as well and went with this one, the only other option I'd recommend would be Samsungs 980pro. Keep in mind this does not have the heatsinks which are recommended/required.

Compatibility testing is in progress.” We will upgrade that to yes it works once we are able to complete compatibility testing. It is important to not push non-heatsink since Sony specified heatsink version.
