Yes, I changed out my sister's PS4 Slim HDD with this exact model. It's what I purchased it for. Her PS4 HDD failed and she asked me to look at it for her. You will need to go to the Sony website and they have instructions on what you need to do. You will need a flash drive with at least 1.5 GB free space, because you will need to download the OS for the PS4 to boot off of and install. There are plenty of videos you can google that will show you how to access the HDD to remove and replace.
