• Windows is not peeinstalled on drives. Youll want a windows media drive or just a fresh copy of windows to install.

• It is not, no storage device comes with a pre-installed OS unless it is in a prebuilt as the main drive. You can use windows for free but will have a water mark. All you need to do to get windows is to go to your local library, or on another computer. Download the "Windows 10" or "Windows 11 Iso installation too" and follow the instructions on microsofts website in order to get a windows installation onto your SSD.
