Yes. You will need the link and password to access from another device. Link: files.mycloud.com Microsoft Edge is not supported but other browsers can be used to access My Cloud. ie Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Learning support can be found at http://learn.mycloud.com/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The drive must have an internet connection for setup but after that it can be accessed if it doesn’t have an internet connection. Yes you can access the drive from away from home. As long as it has an internet connection it can be accessed from mobile devices and other computers.
