If my cloud home is no longer manufacturer supported, why does Best Buy continue to sell this product????

You could enable the local network access from dashboard and map the device to access it locally on your computer. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know, for PC Desktop, the software is totally online. https://home.mycloud.com/ Nothing to install. There is software for a device or smartphone. Everything I have read says that you can only access the drive through WiFi. If you find some other information or software, I would love to know. I hope this helps.
