“Does the software do a good full system backup? My last Passport did it for awhile then the software stopped doing it. I could copy other files. What is the version of the software? Thanks in advance!”

Back up drives should usually be twice the size of the drive you’re backing up. You want to be able to store at least two backs ups on the drive. So yes, it will do back ups provided it is large enough to accommodate your drive.
