Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased a 5TB Easy Store to transfer contents from 9 HDD containing everything from Dos, Win 2.1 to Win 7 P. After several failed attempts to transfer data I returned to Best Buy and had it tested. It worked just fine. So why wouldn't it function on my HP that did not yet have win 10. The answer I was told is that Manufactures no longer include Win 7 for use in external HDD. It sure would have been nice to know that before wasting so much of my time trying to complete the transfers and 40+ miles travel time to return it. The kicker was that one tech insisted it would work. I'm not sure what to do next.
