no. there is some assembly required.

No But it is so easy a child could do it

No but there is an easy-to-follow, step-by-step 3D rendering of how to assemble, via an app. If I remember this took less than 30 minutes.

It does not come assembled, but it provides reasonably clear instructions and illustrations. Assembling it took me around 30-40 minutes. Definitely not too difficult.
