Q: QuestionI bought the digital download, but it wants a key code that I dont know and dont know how to find it since I dont have a physical package.

• A:Answer I believe when you set up the account for the install it uses your email to email you the code. If you didnt get it, check spam. If you still dont have it call the customer number. You should have been prompted or notified the key code is emailed or texted. I believe it allows you to choose how to receive key code.

• A:Answer If you're running on any MacOS before catalina, a simple drag and drop from applications > trash bin will uninstall properly. If you're uninstalling on a machine with OS Catalina, your best bet is to open SecureAnywhere, look in the top left of your mac where it says "Webroot SecureAnywhere" -> Click that name -> Click "About" -> Click the uninstall button in this about page.
