Please try again later.It can be confusing...If I remember right, on your computer you right click on the webroot icon then "view status" then go to "My Account" then "access web console and create an account. Sign in with the info you used to create an account and it will show a picture of a home computer, a picture of a phone, and maybe a tablet....within the box it says "add a device" ...click on it and follow the instructions. You also have to download the webroot app on your phone and somewhere on that it asks for the code from your webroot box (it's also listed on your webroot on your computer)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The answer I received was of NO value at all. As you know when you buy Webroot, it's good for up to three devices. All I want to do is to be able to use WebRoot on my phone.
