• You should have been giving a code/key when you purchase this. Check your receipt. Find that information then go to the web site listed on the package and follow the instructions from there.

• when they gave you the program they sent an email with the instructions on how to download on all your systems and phone. there is a app in your store on your phone that you can download the webroot security to your phone.
