Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure. Did you put in a new keycode? Renewing should get you a new keycode that enables you to replace the old one in My Account. Once you put in the new code your software should update and your days for when it expires should change. If you did all that and the notice still shows up then possibly go to Advance Settings, and in the Install Settings screen click the 'Set to Default' button. That might stop the reminder notices.
