Yes, you can buy a new key through Best Buy instead of the renewal option. Once you have a new key, you just got to the webroot settings and change the key.

However, you should wait to put in your new subscription code until the day before or your current time expires. The days will not "add" so it's better to get as many days out of your current sub as possible! To put in your new subscription key - Open Webroot console and go to "my account" - you can place the new key here.
