A:Answer I don't need to uninstall it because I never even downloaded it. The problem has always been that when BestBuy added this junk to my order, they added me to a spamming list. Now they keep emailing me to install it, and to extend the "service" for $50. All I want is to be removed from their mailing list, but there is no unsubscribe link.
Why does BestBuy and Webroot act like malware in an attempt to sell their software? Because nobody with any intelligence would actually buy it.
