Q: QuestionIf I already have Webroot, will this just give me another key to activate the renewal? My Weboot isn't giving me the option to renew my subscription so I'm thinking that I have to manually buy another copy

• A:Answer I'm not sure what the BestBuy service plan covers but a Webroot subscription does not protect against credit card/identity theft specifically. We simply protect you from malware which can indeed steal your credit card and password info. Certain Webroot subscriptions also include a subscription to "lastpass" which is a password creation/management software.

• A:Answer Yes. If you already are using Webroot on 3 devices, you would need to uninstall Webroot from the device you no longer need it on and then you can install onto the new device. This will keep everything at the 3 device limit.
