• Login to your best buy account where you made the purchase and if you go into the purchase details, there should a link to download it ready.

• You have to call their customer service to get it installed. They will install it for you.

• If you have an account setup on Best Buy then your download will be in the digital library and you just click on it and it will start downloading for you.
