QuestionI have an hp pavilion 32 gb 2 in 1 and I don't know how to set up the protection or security on my laptop/tablet.Like I said, I have tablet/laptop. The protection comes with a cd, but I don't know where to put that cd since my device doesn't have a Cd or dvd slot? Do I take it to my local Best Buy and get one of the geek members to help me?

Questionhow do i install Webroot with no cd-rom -i bought a new chromebook and got a Webroot Secure Anywhere disc free and since chromebooks have no place to put the disc the salesperson said to go online and download it. Now, my question is how? I went to the sight and theres nowhere that says i can download it......what should i do?

- Answer You should get plenty of notices either text, or pop up, or emails from the webroot c/s they will send you messages your about to expire, and then just click on the option to renew and follow the directions. its simple, and trust me, they want you to renew, so they remind you.

- Answer Doesn't support them? If you mean why doesn't it get them it's because there are so few Macs out there compared to Windows machines that it's not worth it to write virus or malware programs for it. 'But it can and does get viruses.

- Answer Check with Webroot website, they usually have a special - 'product removal' download script that you can get and any other additional info needed; I recommend you use that script.
