“My new TV DVD player combo will not load a DVD it tries to kick it back out from the start tells me to check the DVDs but I've tried several of them in it”

• Use the Westinghouse remote control, press "Source" (located in the middle of the remote) and then select "DVD". Now insert the DVD. I thought something was wrong with my TV/DVD combo until I tried that. The TV doesn't automatically switch like other tv/dvd combo's when you insert the DVD. To resume watching regular television you have to manually change the source back to tv. Good luck

• Make sure tv is level and make sure your are loading DVD in the correct side up.

• You are probably putting the DVD in backwards. Try turning it around.

• If the dvd gets kicked out try turning the dvd the other way.
