• It has four HDMI and two USB 2 inputs. An RCA to HDMI converter is what you need + an HDMI cable to connect the converter to the Westinghouse. They are from 10 to 20 dollars or so. Read the reviews on each converter before purchase to see which works best for your VHS player.
