“Is there a way to hang this 55 inch TV on a tv mount stand? I have the Westinghouse 50 inches. There is no way to mount it to the wall or TV stand. Please educate me if I can mount my 50 inches TV in my room. I love Westinghouse. It is good.”

I'm confused by the question. Are you replacing the 50 with the 55, and want to move the 50? If so, you must have the stand for the 50 that you've been using. If you want to wall-mount it, you should be able to get a wall-mounting bracket for it. If you're talking about the 55, I can tell you that it comes with a stand for putting it on top of a cabinet, and you can also get a wall-mounting bracket for it.

Yes. It has the standard VESA 200mm x 200mm threaded nuts on the back. Any VESA 200 wall mount should fit it. The 50” should also be VESA 200 compatible.
