Hello Brown, For one year from the date of purchase, when this major appliance is installed, operated, and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Whirlpool Corporation or Whirlpool Canada LP (hereafter “Whirlpool”) will pay for factory specified replacement parts and repair labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this major appliance was purchased or, at its sole discretion, replace the product. In the event of product replacement, your appliance will be warranted for the remaining term of the original unit’s warranty period.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's a good question. I bought the Silver Model of this same microwave. It conked out after 25 days. I'm waiting to hear from Whirlpool. Best Buy only has a 15 Day Return Policy. Buyer Beware.

Please try again later.There is an entire page in the instruction manual devoted to troubleshooting, but the Whirlpool hotline number is absolutely worthless in my opinion. I even wrote Whirlpool a letter telling them so! I would definitely go with a Best Buy protection plan instead! Best Buy really stands by their protection plans.
