• jones, the grease filter part number is W11206152 and the charcoal filter part number is W11121131. Please visit your local Best Buy for purchasing information.

• Haven't needed to do that yet as ours is brand new. But, I'd call Whirlpool customer service at 1-800-253-1301 for assistance. According to the installation instruction book we got with the microwave, you'll need the model and serial numbers when you make the call. They are located inside the microwave on the left hand side of the wall next to the door hinges. Awkward to see because the door partially blocks them but a magnifying glass might help as the letters and numbers are small. You could also contact the store where you bought it for assistance. Hope this helps.
