• Hello KenPatty, the only difference between the two is the exterior finish. The WMH31017HS is a stainless steel and the WMH31017HZ is a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel.

• Fan is 300 CFM on HS and 330 CFM on HZ (HZ has stronger fan).
