Yes - piece of cake. Heat it up with a heat gun or a hair dryer. Lift it with a plastic scraper while heating. I cleaned off the residue that was left behind with acetone, but you could use goo gone or nail polish remover. Finally, polish it with bar keepers friend. It's a 5 minute job and you can't tell it was ever there.

I heated it with a hair dryer and worked it off with nylon thread. Then heated the remaining adhesive again and rubbed it off with my finger. Finally, I used a tiny amount of GooGone and it worked like a charm! I'm so pleased!
