Not that I know of. In order to have external ice dispenser, a lot of mechanics are put in that side door and they take up a lot of room. It would make for a very top heavy fridge. You would have a lot less room for food on the upper left where the ice is dispensed. Check out larger refrigerators and see how much is involved.
