• Hello dicky. You would need to put the middle of the turntable on the middle circle piece on the inside bottom. When it is in correctly the turntable will stay in place. We hope this helps!

• Align the three bumps on the bottom of the glass turntable on the black cog in the middle of the oven. Turn the tray slightly until the bumps slip into the the cog. You're good to go.
