• It's one of the noisier refrigerators I've ever had. If you're in you're bedroom you won't hear it, but if you're anywhere nearby, you'll hear it, and it's NOT soft at all.

• Just had this delivered 5 days ago. The noise is a high pitched humming that continues the whole time the compressor runs, It has gotten louder these last few days and is very annoying especially when you are eating in the kitchen. It drives me crazy and this fridge is about to go back!

• Don’t buy this fridge if you are bothered by noise. It has a buzzing characteristic to it that’s very annoying. And it seems to be running all the time so there is no relief. I know this was an old question, but I wish I would have read more reviews prior to purchase.

• Since we have the Whirlpool refrigerator in the garage the noise is not an issue. But when I go to the garage I hear the noise that the compressor makes and if it was in the living area of the house it would be an issue.

• The refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ12 is a piece of crap....Really loud humming and the technicians said ...it is normal!!!... I don't recommend this brand at all. is is a LEMON!!!
