QuestionBase cabinets are 24” deep. Even if you add a couple inches of countertop, the refrigerator (without the door) will protrude almost 2 inches. I think the term counter depth is misleading as this can only be achieved with custom cabinets.

- Answer The refrigerator is that deep to allow for the doors to open all the way. The doors have to clear the countertop. If it was shorter, the doors would hit the countertop.

QuestionHi. Can we use this fridge for a bit without the water lines hooked up for the ice maker/water function ? No water lines currently and it’ll take some saving to be able to afford to have them run. Thanks!
