THE BEST BUY ANSWER IS THE CORRECT ONE. THE MANUAL IS USELESS. THE INSTALLATION GUIDE IS USELESS. THE STICKER ON THE FRONT OF THE ICE MAKER SAYS FOR STYLE 2 (WHICH IS WHAT IS PICTURED IN THE OTHER ANSWER BY BEST BUY) THE SWITCH IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ICE MAKER. NO IT ISN'T. IT IS ABOUT 2" IN FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ICE MAKER AND IS A SIMPLE ROCKER SWITCH. YOU NEEDN'T REMOVE THE ICEMAKER TO GET AT IT, JUST FIND SOMEONE WITH A SMALL ENOUGH HAND TO REACH THROUGH THE DOOR, FEEL AROUND ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ICEMAKER 2" FROM LEFT AND 1" FROM THE FRONT AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND THE ROCKER SWITCH. IF THE ICEMAKER IS BUZZING BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T CONNECTED THE WATER YET, SWITCHING THE ROCKER SWITCH SO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROCKER SWITCH IS DEPRESSED SHOULD TURN IT OFF. REMEMBER HOW TO TURN IT BACK ON WHEN YOUR WATER FLOW IS ESTABLISHED.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Angryray hit the nail on the head. I was literally had my entire head inside the freezer trying to locate the switch that was so nicely described on the front of the ice maker. Yea not! No buttons to be found. Thanks to Angryray I found it. And I can't understand the imbecile who had the inclination to place a switch in an area where only ET hands and alien digits could reach. Now the question is, do I have it in the right direction. My ice maker stopped making ice so we will see.
