• Mine is next to a wall on right side. Door functions fine, I put cabinet pads on wall to protect door.

• Hi AlexinSea. To ensure proper ventilation for your Refrigerator, allow for a 1⁄2 inch space on each side and at the top. Allow for 1 inch of space behind the Refrigerator.
