• We have the icemaker but were told it is an OPTION.

• YES YOU CAN, I DID AS I HAD NO WATER LINE IN THAT AREA, JUST FLIP A SWITCH & IT TURNS OFF THE ICE MAKER, ....BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO HAVE ICE CUBE TRAYS TO HAVE ICE....
