QuestionIs the frige delivered with the door handles on or off? I may need to have them removed to fit through my door.

- Answer The door handles came removed in my case. There are two studs for each handle that screw into the door. The handle has two holes that line up on the studs and you then push down to lock them in place. To keep from having them come off and to hold them tightly, there are two hex screws on each handle you then tighten up. Easy.

QuestionWhat's the best initial temperature setting for the refrigerator and freezer? There is no information about this in the manual! (Manual I received has actual temperatures, my refrigerator just has a sliding scale from 1-7).

QuestionPart missing?Just got the frig and it seems fine. However, I wonder if there is a part missing. I will try to describe it - the bottom shelf in the frig in my old frig had a little plastic support piece underneath that helped support it so the drawers didn't bind. The holes are there for this to fit in, but there is no piece. Does anyone out there know what i mean?

- Answer The Water Filter indication is on a timer to alert roughly every 6 months. If you do not have the water connection, then disregard the filter alert and reset it every 6 months as needed. We hope this helps.
