You need to lower and level the stationary "feet". It's rolling / moving because It's still resting on the rollers. See the manual to remove the bottom plastic panel ( about 20-3 inches high running the entire width - remove 2-3 scows and pull it off it's plastic latches). Look under the front edges and see the rollers and the screw down feet side-by side. The fridge needs to sit on the feet, not the rollers. Best / easy way (and easier than it sounds) - screw the front feet down to meet the floor, then leverage the front edge up slightly (Flat board under frame works fine...but lever again the frame, not the bottom drawer). Once lifted slightly, screw the feet down more ( 1-2 turns) so the roller is off the floor. Repeat this until you get the unit level AND the doors close on their own @ 90 degrees open. See it on Youtube too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are two feet in the front that need to be lowered to stop it from rolling. You should be able to do it with a flat head screwdriver. Use the screwdriver to turn the feet counter clockwise, There are slots in the feet to insert the screwdriver. See the manual if you need more details.

You can call out the installers but two people are recommended as it will make it easier if the installer is not available and you feel you can do it safety. The pictures are on page 9 and 10, but it is specifically outlined on page 12 for your convenience. I hope this helps answer your question. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the procedure to keep the fridge from moving is in the height adjustment in the directions. Basically, you have to remove the bottom plastic grill (it has two screws), then using a quarter inch box wrench adjust the "foot" on each side of the fridge so the rubber on the bottom to the slightly lift the wheels off the floor. The hardest part is putting the plastic grill back on because the screws have to line up exactly. If I would have known about it earlier I would have had the install guys make the adjustment before they left.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The front wheels can be ratcheted down. Our came down, and it took us a few tries before we realized the wheels could be raised to roll!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem at all you must have a very smooth floor . I would recommend putting a small shim or wedge either plastic or wood under the front wheels to keep it from rolling .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has wheels under the fridge. I asked.the installer to fix the rolling. He did something near the wheels that made it not move.
