• A:Answer we had installers and I am sure if you asked them they would tale them off. I just know I love this dishwasher and it has a stainless steel door. I will never go back to plastic door.

Q: QuestionAnyone else have an issue with the dishes coming out still dirty and greasy? I dont know why. I've tried many different detergents, half the time the pod doesnt even melt all the way. I know it's not a hot water problem as I have checked the temp HELP

• A:Answer I have not had a problem at this time but I have been using liquid detergent rather than the packets since I had it left over from use with the dish waster this new one replaced. I have not yet tried the packets.

Q: QuestionI do not see the option for fan dry. I ran the 1 hour cycle and the dishes were still wet. Is fan dry the same as heat dry?

• A:Answer Hello Alir! Fan Dry would use a fan instead of heat to dry the dishes. Please make sure that you are using a Rinse Aid with your unit. Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for good drying performance. Without rinse aid, your dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The Heat Dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. For most water conditions, the factory setting will give good results. However, if you are experiencing poor drying performance, you may want to try a higher setting. Turn the arrow adjuster inside the dispenser to change rinse aid setting.

• A:Answer Mine did not come with any tape that I remember. If it is silver, it could be moisture barrier to put on the underside of your countertop front edge if you have laminate.

Q: QuestionDoes this dishwasher make a tune/sound when the cycle is done? Bcuz it’s flush with the counter top, I often can’t see how much time is remaining. Also, if I wanted to cancel a cycle, can I just open the door anytime? Will that cause flooding?

• A:Answer Hello Michelle, this appliance does not appear to have an end-of-cycle chime. You can cancel any cycle at anytime by selecting the "cancel/drain" button. To pause a cycle, you can simply open the door. We hope this info helps.
