Hi Ryan, thank you for you inquiry. The main difference is in styling, WDTA50SAHZ has more contemporary style with a pocket handle. Where the WDT750SAHZ has a handle. We hope this helps!

The main reason to chose the "A" is if there was flooring added after the cabinets & counters were installed, because this decreases the available height for a dishwasher.

Recommend looking them up on best buy website side by side to see the differences.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To my understanding, the WDTA50 is the same as the WDT750 with exception that the A50 has a flush facade, with a recessed handle, and the 750 has Whirpool's signature curved handle.
